Choose from a variety of yoga styles

Experience the richness of yoga with a diverse array of styles, from invigorating Vinyasa to calming Yin, catering to your unique preferences and helping you find the perfect flow that resonates with your body and mind.

Hatha (Gentle Stretch)

Hatha Yoga is a gentle and foundational style that focuses on balancing the body and mind through physical postures (asanas) and breath control (pranayama). It emphasizes alignment, strength, and flexibility, making it suitable for beginners and those looking for a slower-paced practice.

Ashtanga (Build Strength)

Ashtanga Yoga is a vigorous and disciplined practice that follows a specific sequence of poses. It focuses on synchronizing breath with a progressive series of postures, resulting in a physically demanding and energetic practice. Ashtanga Yoga promotes strength, stamina, and mental clarity.

Vinyasa Flow (Energizing)

Vinyasa Yoga, also known as flow yoga, is a dynamic and fluid style characterized by linking breath with movement. It involves a series of poses that smoothly transition from one to another, creating a continuous flow. Vinyasa Yoga builds strength, improves flexibility, and promotes mindfulness and concentration.

Yin (Relaxing, Deep Stretch)

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced and meditative style that targets the deep connective tissues and joints of the body. Poses are held for an extended period, usually between three to five minutes, allowing for relaxation and gentle stretching. Yin Yoga enhances flexibility, cultivates mindfulness, and stimulates the flow of energy in the body.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do our employees access the live yoga sessions via Zoom?

After your company subscribes, we will provide scheduled Zoom links for each live yoga session. Employees simply click on the link at the specified time to join the class. It’s recommended that they download the Zoom app for the best experience, but they can also join via their web browser.

What if there are technical issues or an employee is unable to join the Zoom session?

We understand that technical glitches can happen. If any of your employees face issues joining the session, they can reach out to us who will assist in resolving the matter quickly. We also recommend that participants test their Zoom setup a few minutes before the scheduled class to ensure a smooth experience.

Can the sessions be customized to our company’s needs, even if we prefer a specific type of yoga?

Absolutely! We currently offer four foundational types of yoga: Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Yin. However, we are open to tailoring sessions according to your company’s preferences. Whether you have specific requirements related to session duration, focus areas (e.g., stress relief, posture correction), a particular type of yoga not on our list, or preferred time slots, please get in touch with us.
